Notice a button
let yourself experience the gift of a button
Yes, button play is beautiful for children.
Also yes, a button—any button—is beautiful for YOU.
Try this:
Find a button and hold it in your hand.
Focus on the button while you breathe in-and-out, in-and-out.
The button will tell you something or travel you somewhere.
Your practice is to let it—allow yourself to be led by the button and go where it invites you to go.
Feel the gift of this. Say thank you.
Maybe share your button, or your button story, with a friend.
Remember, a button is enough as it is.
So are you.
