You are frequency
nourishment for your energetic field
Your energetic field impacts the whole of your being, your surroundings, and other beings around you. You likely know this already, even if you might not use the words “energetics” or “frequency.”
The science of vibration is simple: frequencies seek resonance; like calls to like.
Yet… just because we know this and it’s simple, doesn’t mean that tending to our frequency is easy.
It requires attention, practice, and routine, like sleep, hydration, nutrition, exercise, listening, prayer.
Here are three small practices for frequency nourishment throughout your days:
Pause.
Sense within and feel the relationship between what’s inside and outside of you. Notice when you’re tugged into low-level frequencies of fear, control, urgency, or consumption. Pay attention to what is/not yours.
Clear.
Chime a bell, shake a rattle, laugh out loud, sing a note, shake your body, blow some exhales, sweep your arms, snap your fingers, or anything that feels like clearing to you.
Connect.
Attune to love, peace, or another frequency you want to hold. Maybe touch your heart, follow your flow of breath, stretch a long vibrating hum, stand barefoot on soil, hug a tree, watch a bird or bee or cloud, take a walk, listen to a child.
