Presence
simple, rich, and radical work
Our most beautiful and radical work is to be deeply present.
To be where we are.
To allow what we think and how we feel to be here, too.
To not push or numb or distract this away.
To look out at the world
and look into the mirror.
Our attention is currency.
Our presence is wealth.
We enrich the soils around us by nourishing our soils within.
We attune to the whole of who we are.
We don’t look away
and we don’t get distracted by what other people say.
We breathe all the way in and all the way out
and we remember.
Our presence is the truth of who we are.
Our presence imprints the world.
Our presence is love.
Love, Melissa
